Complaint form

In accordance with the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 29571) and the Complaints Book Regulation (Supreme Decree 011-2011-PCM). When you file the form you will receive a reference number and a copy by email, and you will be able to print or download it. We will reply within 15 business days at the latest; this deadline cannot be extended.

This form is translated for your convenience. As required by Peruvian law, the complaint is filed and kept on record in Spanish, and the Spanish version prevails.
